Welcome to SCP Apparel. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SCP Apparel and SCP Embroidery Plus. SCP Apparel operates this website and online store to provide custom apparel, embroidered items, DTF printed products, tumblers, patches, stickers, laser engraved items, 3D printed items, promotional products, and related custom services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting a custom request, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our posted store policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies made available on our website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store. You are responsible for making sure your contact, billing, shipping, and order information is correct before submitting your order.

2. Products and Services

SCP Apparel offers ready-made and custom products, including but not limited to:

  • DTF printed shirts

  • Embroidered caps

  • Leather patch hats

  • Laser engraved items

  • Custom tumblers

  • Stickers and labels

  • 3D printed items

  • Personalized gifts

  • Business and event merchandise

We make every effort to display product photos, colors, descriptions, pricing, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, thread shades, print colors, product appearance, and material finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, product availability, and production methods.

We reserve the right to change, update, discontinue, or limit products or services at any time without notice.

3. Custom Orders and Personalized Products

Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order. Custom orders may include names, logos, designs, dates, photos, business information, special artwork, or customer-provided files.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Phone numbers

  • Logo placement

  • Shirt sizes

  • Product colors

  • Thread colors

  • Print colors

  • Design size

  • Artwork quality

  • Quantity

  • Deadline

  • Pickup or shipping details

Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may not be available.

Customer-approved errors, including misspellings, wrong dates, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, or incorrect design details, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Customer-Provided Artwork and Logos

By submitting artwork, logos, photos, designs, names, slogans, business graphics, or other materials to SCP Apparel, you confirm that you own the rights to use those materials or have permission from the rightful owner.

You agree that you are responsible for any copyright, trademark, licensing, or permission issues related to the artwork or materials you provide.

SCP Apparel reserves the right to refuse any order that may involve copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, inappropriate, or restricted material.

5. Customer-Provided Items

At times, customers may provide their own garments, caps, tumblers, plaques, blanks, or other items for decoration.

Customer-provided items are accepted at the customer’s risk. While we take care during production, SCP Apparel is not responsible for replacing customer-provided items if damage occurs during embroidery, heat pressing, laser engraving, printing, hooping, pressing, testing, or production.

Some customer-provided items may not be suitable for embroidery, DTF, heat press, laser engraving, UV printing, or other decoration methods. We reserve the right to refuse items we believe may not produce good results.

6. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, artwork issues, payment issues, or production concerns.

Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted and moved into production.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing error or correction needed.

7. Production Time and Turnaround

Production times vary depending on the product, order size, customization, material availability, artwork requirements, and current workload.

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on schedule and product availability.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. SCP Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Southeast Houston area when arranged in advance.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our posted Refund Policy.

Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or made to order, custom products are generally final sale once production has started.

Custom items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error caused by SCP Apparel.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

10. Product Care

Care instructions may vary depending on the product and decoration method.

For apparel, we generally recommend washing inside out with cold water, tumble drying low or hanging to dry, and avoiding direct ironing over printed or embroidered designs.

For tumblers and drinkware, we generally recommend hand washing only unless otherwise stated.

SCP Apparel is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, soaking, dishwashing, microwaving, or misuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product photos, graphics, designs, logos, branding, and layout, is owned by SCP Apparel, SCP Embroidery Plus, its affiliates, licensors, or respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without written permission.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and designs remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, apps, payment processors, social media platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or actions of third-party websites or services.

Please review third-party policies before using their services or completing transactions through them.

13. Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform that allows us to sell products and services online. Any purchases made through our store are transactions between you and SCP Apparel.

By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the products, services, fulfillment, customer service, or custom work provided by SCP Apparel.

14. Privacy

15. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

We do not guarantee that products will meet every customer expectation, especially when final results may vary due to product type, material, artwork quality, thread colors, print method, screen display, or customer-provided items.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SCP Apparel, SCP Embroidery Plus, and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCP Apparel, SCP Embroidery Plus, Shopify, and our owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your submission of unauthorized artwork, logos, designs, or materials.
